21 Days Classical Isha Hatha Yoga Program This program is a holistic approach to establish yourself in the powerful process of Classical Hatha Yoga. This program will include all core practices of Isha Hatha Yoga which are offered by Sadhguru.
Significance of Mandala
21 days of Sadhana(spiritual practices) hold a very great significance in the yogic sciences. 21 days is half a mandala which is about the time where the human system can imbibe the practices not just a mental understanding but as a living experience. Once you invest yourself in sadhana for 21 days these practices will become a part of your system and will stay with you for your entire life if you give yourself totally to it.

Surya Kriya – Holistic Process for Health
“Surya” means “sun,” and “Kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. Surya Kriya enables you to move towards a space within yourself and around yourself where circumstances are not in any way intrusive or obstructing the process of life. Surya Kriya is a powerful process of activating the sun within you. Surya Kriya helps in Breaking the Karmic Cycle. Surya Kriya helps us Living Without Friction.

The Anatomy of Angamardana
