Private Session with Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher – Ankit & Shiny.

This form is to book a private session. 

We offer private sessions for the following practices:

1. Surya Kriya (8 Hours)
2. Angamardana (10 Hours)
3. Yogasanas (12 Hours)
4. Isha Upa Yoga (6 Hours)
5. Bhuta Shuddhi (2 Hours)
6. Jala Neti (1 Hour)
7. Shanmukhi Mudra (1.5 Hours)
8. Bhastrika Kriya (1 Hour)
9. Yoga for Eyes – Sunayana (2 Hours)
10. Children’s Hatha Yoga (10 Hours)
11. Regular classes (1.5 Hours)

Pricing:

• Rs 1500 per hour – If teacher visit your home.
  *(Additional travel charges may apply if your location is above 10km from Teacher’s Home Studio)
• Rs 1000 per hour – If you visit teacher’s home studio.

Session Breakout

Teacher will suggest one of the following options based on the program:

2 Hours / Per day (Workshop)

2.5 Hours / Per day (Workshop)

3 Hours / Per day (Workshop)

Minimum – 1.5 Hours / Per Day (Review / Regular Classes)

Class Agreement: 

• Pre-registration mandatory.
• All payments to be done in advance.
• No experience of yoga necessary (except for Bhastrika & Sunayana).
• No refund in case of cancellation / no-show / drop-out.
• Attendance is mandatory for all days.
• Once dates are confirmed, no changes can be made.
• You can have a maximum of 3 people of the same family join a private session at no extra cost. Any additional members will be charged at Rs 500 / hour / member.
• Empty stomach condition required to attend session (4 hours gap after meals for adults).
• In a rare case scenario if you need to reschedule a date of an already confirmed class, it must be mutually agreed upon at-least 2 days prior to the class and is subject to teacher’s availability.
• Last minute no show / cancelation will be chargeable as per schedule.
• People with any injury / disease / artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
• Make sure you keep a space free all distractions for the duration of the class.
